How long does shipping take?

Can I change my shipping address after placing an order?`

What should I do if my package is delayed or lost?

Please contact our support team at info@montepoedagar.com with your order number and tracking info. We’ll assist you promptly.

How can I track my order?

Once your order has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking number via email. You can use this tracking number on our Track My Order page, located at the bottom of our website under the Customer Care section.

Refunds & Returns

What is your return policy?

We pride ourselves on the exceptional quality of our timepieces and customer satisfaction. In the rare event that you are dissatisfied, you may request a return within 14 days of delivery. For full terms, please see our Returns & Refunds Policy at the bottom of our website.

Do you accept returns for change of mind?

We do not accept returns or refunds for change-of-mind purchases. Our return policy strictly applies to defective, damaged, or unsatisfactory products only.

When will I receive my refund?

Once we receive your return, please allow up to 3 business days for processing. If your return is accepted, you will receive a refund confirmation email. It may take up to an additional 3 business days for the refund to appear in your account.

Are your watches water-resistant?

Yes. Each Monté Poedagar® timepiece features an Oyster-style sealed case, engineered for water resistance of up to 100 metres. This ensures dependable protection against rain, splashes, and even brief recreational swimming.

Do your watches come with a warranty?

Yes. Every Monté Poedagar® watch includes a 24-month international warranty, covering manufacturing defects and movement malfunctions.

How do I activate the warranty?

No action is required. Your warranty is automatically activated on the date of purchase. Please retain your confirmation email or invoice as proof of warranty.

Can I replace or resize the strap?

Yes. Most Monté Poedagar® watches feature adjustable stainless steel bracelets. A basic resizing tool is included with your watch to help you achieve the perfect fit from home. For more precise adjustments, we recommend visiting a local jeweller.
